Ladyjack Cross Country Finishes Tenth At A&M

The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack cross country team finished tenth Saturday at the Texas A&M Cross Country Classic held in College Station. Texas A&M won the event, with Rice University finishing second.
The Ladyjacks finished in the middle of the pack in tenth place in the 18-team field.
Hollie Counts was the top finisher for the Ladyjacks, scoring a 72nd place finish with a time of 25:24 over the 6,000 meter course. Emily Hufstedler was the second across the line for the Ladyjacks in 77th place with a time of 25:59.
