
Grossman Earns Second Team All-SLC Honors

Brian Grossman, a freshman from Mansfield, has been selected to the second team All-Southland Conference golf team in a vote of conference head coaches. Grossman finished second at the 40th annual SLC Golf Championships at Canebrake Golf Club in Hattiesburg, Miss.
Grossman shot rounds of 70-71-66, and posted a six under par total of 207 for the three day event. His second place finish helped the 'Jacks to a third place showing at the event, the best finish of the spring season.
He posted three top ten finishes this spring, all coming in the final three events of the year.
Trevor Sauntry, an all-conference selection a year ago following a second place finish at the SLC Championships, earned honorable mention All-SLC honors this year as a sophomore, following a seventh place finish.
