William R. Johnson Coliseum
WILLIAM R. JOHNSON COLISEUM
Home to the SFA Lumberjack and Ladyjack basketball programs since its inception in 1973, William R. Johnson Coliseum, colloquially known as "the Sawmill" by nature of being a difficult place to play in, will sport a new look as it enters the 2021-22 season. The Loddie Naymola Basketball Performance Center, a 26+ million dollar addition on the northeast corner of the existing coliseum, will house a practice court as well as locker rooms, team meeting rooms, film rooms and coaches office for both SFA basketball programs. Construction is slated to end in early Fall of 2021 and will allow use of the addition as both teams prepare for the 2021-22 campaign.
