2006: Saw time in 30 games for the Lumberjacks, starting 18 games at third base and four at second base... hit .263 with 20 hits, 16 runs scored and 12 RBI... collected five doubles with two home runs and two stolen bases... put together two four-game hit streaks... the first started with a 2-4 performance with a run scored at Baylor and went 1-2 during the nightcap (2/12)... went 1-3 at Houston (2/14) and at Texas-Pan American (2/17)... the second streak began when he had one hit in the final two games at UALR (2/25-26) and managed to get a hit in each of the first two games against Texas State (3/3-4)... had four hits in four at-bats with two RBI and three runs scored, all career-highs in a 13-5 win at Sam Houston State (5/18)... also had two RBI versus Southeastern La. (5/13)... ended the season on a three-game hit streak.
Junior College: Helped guide Blinn to a fourth-place finish in the conference and advance to the Region 14 tournament.
High School: Was a two-year letterwinner under Head Coach Dale Westmoreland... throughout his high school career, he had a 14-2 (.875) overall record with a 2.00 ERA... on the offensive side, he hit .320 with seven home runs... was a first-team All-District 15-5A pitcher his junior year... also garnered first-team all-district honors as a senior... lists his best game as a complete game one-hitter, where he struck out 13 batters.
