NACOGDOCHES, Texas - The Stephen F. Austin Lumberjack baseball team will bring an end to its fall practice this week with the fall world series at Jaycees Field.

The Lumberjacks will divide up into two teams for its annual Fall World Series, which will be in a best-of-three format scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 14, at 6:00 p.m., Friday at 3:00 p.m. and Saturday at 12:00 p.m.

Starting pitchers for Thursday's contest will be Senior Kyle Cross verse Junior Cameron Gann. The right-handers were mainstays in the Lumberjack rotation last season, and will look to make game one an exciting affair.

Thursday's game will be played under the lights of Jaycees Field, a new feature added just a season ago. The games are open to the public and free of admission.
