2013 (Junior): Started five games on the offensive line for the `Jacks ... Key member of offensive line that helped the SFA offense produce a 1,000-yard rusher and a 4,000-yard passer as SFA ranked among the national leaders in total offense.

2012 (Sophomore): Played in nine games earning two starts ... Recorded 20 tackles on the season, including eight solo stops and 2.5 for losses ... One of his TFLs was a sack ... Recorded a season-high seven stops in the victory over Lamar ... Had two tackles, including one for a loss at Southeastern Louisiana.

2011 (Freshman): Sat out due to transfer requirements.

2010 (Redshirt): Redshirted as a true freshman in his first season of college eligibility.

High School: A four-year starter, played defensive tackle, defensive end, center, tight end and fullback at Jefferson High School...As a defensive lineman, earned first-team all-district recognition three consecutive years, and second-team honors as a freshman...Received second-team all-state honors as a senior, and honorable-mention all-state and second-team all-East Texas accolades as a junior...Earned first-team all-district recognition as a center in both 2008 and '09... Racked up 256 total tackles, 46 behind the line of scrimmage, 13 sacks and 10 fumble recoveries during a decorated career, helping his team advance to the second round of the state playoffs three times...A captain in 2009, had a career-best 80 tackles, including 12 for loss, five sacks, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries...In 2008, earned Defensive Player of the Year honors on the all-county team after recording 66 tackles, 14 for loss, three sacks, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and a blocked kick; also scored a touchdown as a tight end
