SFA Hosts Rival Northwestern State in Season Finale
The Stephen F. Austin Lumberjack football team enters the 2008 regular-season finale against Northwestern State with a 4-7 (.571) overall record and a 2-4 (.333) Southland Conference record. The Lumberjacks enter the annual "Battle for Chief Caddo" only a game back of the Demons (6-5/3-3) in the Southland Conference standings. The Demons are coming off a 24-17 loss to No. 17 McNeese State in Natchitoches, La.
