Stephen F. Austin Lumberjack football fans are invited to spend the day with the SFA coaching staff and get a first look at the future of Lumberjack football on Wednesday, Feb. 7. Known as "National Signing Day," Wednesday marks the first official day that high school football seniors can sign national letters of intent with the school of their choice.
The event will begin at 8 a.m. Wednesday morning in the Champions' Room of the SFA Athletic Field House. Doughnuts and juice will be provided as fans get a first-hand look at the future stars of the SFA football program.
Lunch will be served at noon, and will consist of Chik-Fil-A sandwiches, potato salad, chips and cookies. The cost of the meal is $7. Immediately following the lucheon, first-year head coach J.C. Harper will hold a press conference to discuss the 'Jacks' 2007 signing class.
