? One of the country?s most successful women?s basketball coaches, Chadwick has an impressive .750 (374-125) overall collegiate winning percentage and has served as a head coach at every level of women?s basketball.

? Chadwick has led the Ladyjacks to six SLC tournament championship titles. He also lead his 1996 team to the Sweet 16. Last season the Ladyjacks earned SFA?s 13th straight and 15th overall NCAA berth.

? Every season since coming to SFA in 1994, Chadwick has led the Ladyjacks to an NCAA tournament appearance (six years). Chadwick has taken each and every Ladyjack on his roster to the NCAA tournament every March.

? The Ladyjacks have owned the Southland Conference during the Chadwick years, posting and incredible 110-12 record. This 90% winning clip ranks SFA as the nation?s best team within conference play. The true test of conference dominance for a program come in the post season tournament. Chadwick?s teams have lost only one time in six years, while posting a 13-1 record. This equates to an astounding 93% winning percentage.

? Ladyjack basketball had not won a post season NCAA tournament road game prior to Chadwick?s arrival. He changed all that in 1996 as the Ladyjacks beat both Oregon State and Clemson in the first and second rounds of the NCAA tournament on their way to hosting a Midwest Regional. The most recent post season road victory was a 73-72 win over Xavier in Baton Rouge, Louisiana during the 2000 NCAA tournament.

? A native of Floydada, Texas, Chadwick came to SFA after a successful tenure as the head coach at Howard College in Big Spring. During his five seasons as the head coach of the Lady Hawks, Chadwick posted an outstanding 148-21 record, advancing to the NJCAA Tournament in each of his last two seasons. Howard won its fourth straight Western Conference title with a 33-4 record in his final campaign.

? One of the top collegiate recruiters in the country, Chadwick was picked the Women?s Basketball Coaches Association?s National Coach of the Year in 1992. Chadwick has also been named the WJCAC Coach of the Year five consecutive seasons, the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches Coach of the Year in 1993, and was the Converse District Coach of the Year in 1994. In the 99-00 season Chadwick clinched his 350th career victory.

? After taking over the Howard women?s basketball program, Chadwick led the Lady Hawks to five straight Top 20 national rankings, ending the last two seasons in the Top Five.

? In addition to his coaching duties, Chadwick served as Howard College?s athletic director. He also served as coach of the West Squad of the Texas All-Star Game for five seasons. Prior to his stint at Howard, Chadwick was the head coach at Sam Houston State. Without benefit of an assistant coach, Chadwick turned around the Lady Kat basketball fortunes in just three years.

? After inheriting a Division I program that had never posted a winning season, Chadwick quickly turned Sam Houston into a winner. In 1988-89, the Lady Kats posted an 18-9 overall record. That squad was one of the nation?s most improved programs, advancing to the Gulf Star Conference postseason tournament.

? Chadwick?s first collegiate head coaching assignment was at Panhandle State (Okla.) in 1985. During his two seasons, Panhandle State won 19 and 20 games, respectively, and made two consecutive appearances in the NAIA national playoffs.

? He began his head coaching career at Olton High School in 1983. In one season he led the team to a 21-5 record. That was their first district championship in nine years.

? Chadwick earned a bachelor of science in accounting and math in 1980. Later in 1982, he received a master?s degree in business education from Southwestern Oklahoma State in Weatherford.

? The 42 year old and his wife Lisa have two daughters Kasi (13) and Kelsi (10).
