FOR STARTERS: The Ladyjacks face a McNeese State team that defeated SFA 74-57 earlier this season in Nacogdoches this Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

LAST TIME OUT: Sophomore forward Daylyn Harris scored a career-high 21 points and Stephen F. Austin outscored Northwestern State 9-2 in overtime to help the Ladyjacks win their third consecutive game in a 57-50 victory over the Lady Demons Saturday at Prather Coliseum. SFA (9-10, 4-4) was able to rally from a 35-27 deficit with 11 minutes left in the game to win their first overtime game played since last season's 68-64 victory over Rice in Nacogdoches. Harris, a native of Livingston, Texas, who scored 16 of her 21 points in the second half and overtime, shot 6-of-10 from the field and was clutch throughout the game from beyond the arc where she made 4-of-5 attempts. Harris also made 5-of-7 from the free throw line and had two blocks and a steal. SFA also got a big effort from sophomore center Porsha Roberts, who scored 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds.

COVERAGE: Wednesday's game will be video streamed on, as well as live stats. The game will also be broadcast on Q107.7 FM with James Dixon on the call, as well as As always, Twitter updates will be provided throughout at @SFA_WBB.

HISTORY VS. MCN: SFA is 42-11 all-time against McNeese State, but have lost the last two meetings.

GOING STREAKING: SFA is in the midst of a three-game win streak, the longest this season and the first time since the Ladyjacks won five straight contests last season (Feb. 11, 2012-Feb. 25, 2012).

BENCH PRODUCTION: The Ladyjacks have now won the bench scoring comparison in 16 of 19 games after outscoring Northwestern State, 18-6. Over the past three games SFA has outscored the opposing team’s bench 87-13.

CLUTCH TIME: For the first time all season, the Ladyjacks won a game when they were trailing with five minutes or less remaining in regulation. Previously 0-8, SFA managed to erase a 43-38 deficit to force overtime where the Ladyjacks outscored NSU, 9-2. It also marked the first time SFA won a game this season when scoring less than 60 points

DAYLYN DOING WORK: Sophomore forward Daylyn Harris was sensational against the Lady Demons, scoring a career-high 21 points, 16 of which came in the second half and overtime. Harris also established career-highs in field goals made (6), free throws made (5), free throws attempted (7) and blocks (2).

WHERE THEY STAND: The Ladyjacks are currently the sixth seed in the Southland Conference thanks to the tie-breaker over Nicholls State. This season the top-8 teams in the conference make the league tournament in Katy, Texas.
