The SFA basketball teams will host UT-San Antonio Thursday night, Feb. 27, starting with the Ladyjacks and Roadrunners at 6:00 p.m. The Lumberjacks will play the late game Thursday, getting underway at roughly 8:15 p.m.

The games were originally scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26, but an early season schedule adjustment was made to accomodate the Southland Conference television package that required the games to be moved back one day, to Thursday.

The Ladyjacks enter Thursday night's game looking to knock off the SLC leading Roadrunners and pull to within one game of first place in the conference standings. SFA has won four straight and is 7-1 on the year in the coliseum.

The Lumberjacks can lock up second place and keep alive their hopes of a Southland Conference regular season title with a win over the Roadrunners Thursday night. SFA enters Thursday night's game one game back of conference leading Sam Houston in the loss column in the race for first place. SFA also stands four games up on third place in the standings with four games to play. One win in its final four games gives the 'Jacks at least a second place finish in the standings and a first round bye in the SLC postseason tournament.
