Ladyjacks Close Fall Schedule At Crusader Classic

VALPARAISO, In. - The No. 9 Stephen F. Austin bowling team went 2-1 during the final day to finish sixth at the Valparaiso Crusader Classic.
The Ladyjacks (28-11) bowled Tulane to a seven game thriller during match one. SFA rallied late, winning games six and seven to take the match 4-3.
Match two needed seven games to decide a winner as well; the Ladyjacks took the match 4-3 from No. 6 Sam Houston to move to 2-0 on the day.
SFA fell in their final match of the day to No. 8 Wisconsin-Whitewater 4-1 to close the tournament.
The Cusader Classic was the final tournament for the Ladyjacks in 2013. The team will look to 2014 in hopes to build upon a solid fall campaign where they won their first two tournaments in program history.
