JONESBORO, Ark. - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks slipped to ninth place overall following a 1-4 Saturday on the second day of competition at the Mid-Winter Classic at the Jonesboro Bowling Center.
SFA bowled games of 916, 908, 880, 911 and 828 on Saturday. They are now 3-7 overall in the tourney and have a total pin count of 8,995.
Nicole Parkhurst is in 34th place individually entering Sunday play with an average game of 186.80, followed by Ashli Rosenkranz (39th, 184.20) and Whitney McCoy (44th, 179.75).
Host Arkansas State continues to lead the tourney with a pinfall total of 10,253, while Vanderbilt totaled 9,784 pins. Central Missouri (9,726) is in third-place, while Nebraska (9,543) is in fourth-place and Sam Houston State (9,491) is fifth.
The tournament will conclude on Sunday with bracket play beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the Jonesboro Bowling Center.
