KANSAS CITY, MO. - The No. 13/9 Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks bowling team was forced to settle for fourth place at the University of Central Missouri Greater Ozark Invitational after going 0-3 on Sunday.

SFA (59-28) entered play Sunday in second place but dropped three straight decisions to Elmhurst (1340-1295), No. 4 Arkansas State (1464-1364) and No. 5 Vanderbilt (1316-1243).

Still, the fourth place finished was the highest for the Ladyjacks since the season-opening tournament at the Tulane Invitational.

Nebraska was the tournament champions followed by Arkansas State and Vanderbilt. The Ladyjacks will next be back in action next week at the Intercollegiate Team Sectionals (Mar. 9-10) in Las Vegas, NV.
