High School: Played for four years at Clear Creek High ... was named second-team all district as a catcher her junior year and won the 2004 hustle award ... was named team captain and given the best overall player award ... as a junior, batted .253 with 22 hits, 17 runs scored and nine RBI and four stolen bases ... had a .987 fielding percentage behind the plate ... was a Texas Scholar her senior year.
