NACOGDOCHES, Texas- The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack Tennis team (3-2, 0-0) open up their 2025 home schedule as they host the visiting University of Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks (1-0, 0-0).
Ladyjacks at a Glance:
The Ladyjacks are looking to continue to build off a solid start to their 2025 campaign as they embarked on a three-game road trip last weekend and experienced success over two parts of Mississippi as they swept both Alcorn State and Jackson State in consecutive matches to record their second and third wins of the campaign. SFA now returns home for the first time this season to open up a five-game homestand starting on Friday against ULM, before playing matches against former WAC foes GCU and ACU, and then closing out the homestand against Prairie View A&M and Arkansas State.
Warhawks at a Glance:
The ULM Warhawks will be looking to build off their season-opening win over the Grambling State Tigers on Tuesday as they claimed a 6-1 home win over the Tigers and now open up a two-game road trip in Nacogdoches on Friday afternoon. The Warhawks will then close out the road trip next Wednesday in Ruston, Louisiana for a matchup with Louisiana Tech, before returning home to host Alcorn State.
Series:
Friday afternoon will mark the 16th all-time meeting between these two programs, with ULM leading the all-time series 11-4. ULM has won four of the previous five meetings between the two schools, however, SFA won the most recent matchup last season when they claimed a 4-3 road victory over the Warhawks on the road.

NACOGDOCHES, Texas-The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks Tennis team (3-2, 0-0) continue their homestand against former WAC foe Grand Canyon University (1-3, 0-0) in an early Saturday morning matchup.
Lopes at a Glance:
The GCU Lopes will be looking to get back in the win column on Saturday morning against SFA as following a season-opening 6-1 win against UC San Diego, the Lopes have fallen in their last three contests which included a matchup against no. 14 ranked California. The Lopes will be opening a length six-game road trip on Saturday in the Pineywoods before traveling to Arlington for a matchup with UTA on Sunday morning.

Saturday morning's matchup will mark the third all-time meeting between these two former WAC rivals with GCU claiming wins in both of the previous matchups including the most recent meeting last season when they claimed a 6-1 away victory over SFA.
